A leading Cambodia Mega Asset Management which is carrying out around ten projects both in Phnom Penh and provinces, is looking for Cambodian national to fill up the positions of QS/Civil Engineer & Architect :

1. QS/Civil Engineer
Requirements:

• Having university degree in Civil/Construction Engineering
• Having minimum 2 years relevant working experience with building construction
• Having a good knowledge or experience of the construction value and evaluation
• Drawing and Calculation
• Surveying Experience
• Experiencing in calculation of Constructional Structure
• Having a good leadership, interpersonal skills and flexible time shift.
• Speaking English proficiency that capable to work with contract and technical document.
• Using Computer skill relevant to the position
• Willing to work under pressure and be flexible
• Having a Good report writing skill

2. Architect
Requirements :

• Having university degree in Architect
• Having minimum at least 2 years working experience in related field
• Having a good knowledge in Auto CAD 2D, 3D or 3D max/Photo/Project 2003
• Experiencing in construction site is and advantage
• Speaking English proficiency that capable to work with contract and technical document.
• Willing to work under pressure and be flexible
• Willing and receptive to direction
