In response to our rapidly growing business, we are now looking for talented and dynamic applicants for the position of Country Manager for Lao PDR, Vietnam and Thailand.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and ensure follow-through execution of the business strategies for Lao PDR, Vietnam and Thailand market;
- Live the Groups'vision of becoming the No. 1 technology provider in ASEAN region;
- Be accountable to the Executive Committee and the Shareholders in terms of the business results, including the
- Balanced Score Card, P&Land BalanceSheet;
- Build an effective front and support team to exceed the customers' expectations;
- Cooperate with the Groups' back office teams to ensure smooth operations of the business.
- University degree, preferably in Business Management with at least 5 years of practical experience in business development, territory penetration;
- Exposure to the senior management level in a multi-national environment is highly preferable;
- Understanding and/or prior experience of IT industry is an asset;
- Competence in interpersonal, influencingand negotiation skills;
- Ateam player with result-oriented mindset;
- High level of English proficiency.
