The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on Family Health including sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Kandal, Koh Kong, Mondulkiri and Pailin.
RHAC is seeking suitable Cambodian candidates to fill the following vacancies:
Laboratory Manager
based in Phnom Penh
The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for the smooth functioning of laboratories attached to all RHAC clinics, ensure that all laboratory tests are performed according to the highest possible standards and that a high standard of infection control is maintained. S/He will provide technical advice and training, conduct supportive supervision to the Lab staff and prepare necessary guidelines and protocols for the laboratories in compliance with national and international standards. S/He will also ensure that required lab supplies and equipment are ordered on a timely basis and that they comply with the highest standards of quality. S/He will check all laboratory statistics for accuracy and ensure that reports are submitted on a timely basis.based in Phnom Penh
Requirements:
- An appropriate University degree, preferably a Pharmacist, with good experience in Laboratory management and training
- A minimum of five years progressive experience in a similar position in a reputed medical institution. Familiarity with reproductive health issues, an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically in statistics.
- A working knowledge of spoken and written English
- Pleasing personality and a strong sensitivity to the needs of patients.
- Willingness to undertake field travel and work flexible hours

Clinic Administrator
based in Phnom Penh
The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinic. S/he will attend to typing, photocopying, filing, information sharing, leave records, time-sheets, etc. S/He will review and combine all quarterly requests for office/clinic supplies and obtain approval from management, follow-up the procurement process for supplies, stationery, clinic equipment and drugs and represent the clinic component on the quality control team for procurement. S/He will monitor monthly clinic expenditure, maintain inventory records for furniture, equipment and instruments and verify the accuracy of all clinic reports.based in Phnom Penh
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in Administration or Finance.
- A minimum of three years experience in Administration/Secretarial/Accounting duties including procurement.
- A good knowledge of health products
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and power-point.
- Good communication skills
- A good knowledge of English
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Laboratory Technician,
(Based in Bavet, Svay Rieng Province)
The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing all laboratory tests at the RHAC clinic in Bavet, according to the highest possible standards and maintain a high standard of infection control in the Lab. S/He will also ensure that required lab supplies and equipment are ordered on a timely basis S/He will update laboratory statistics accurately and ensure that reports are submitted on a timely basis.(Based in Bavet, Svay Rieng Province)
Requirements:
- A qualified Laboratory Technician, with good experience in Laboratory management
- A minimum of three years progressive experience in a similar position in a reputed medical institution. Familiarity with reproductive health issues, an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills in Word Excel and power Point.
- A working knowledge of spoken and written English
- Pleasing personality and a strong sensitivity to the needs of patients.
