Brand Manager Levi’s

Job responsibilities
- Launch the Levi’s brand in Cambodia working as part of DKSH Cambodia
- Execute business plan to include product plan, brand plan and retail plan
- Position the brand for sustainable competitive advantage
- Understand the Cambodian consumer and jeans market in Cambodia
- Develop and execute sales promotions and brand loyalty programs
- Actively manage the brand’s identity, including enforcement of its guidelines and standards (marketing plans)
- Coordinate core activities between Levi’s team members in Bangkok and Phnom Penh operation
- Manage Counter Sales Girls
- Manage product flow and inventory
- Prepare sales and financial reports
- Manage the relationship with the retail partner
- Achieve sales and profitability goals
- BBA/MBA in marketing, business field
- Good planning skills, leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work quickly and under pressure, honest, reliable with strong drive for results,
- Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Ms. Word/Excel)
- Minimum Experience: 3 to 5-year working experience in a retail or consumer company
- Language requirements: Native Khmer speaker and business English
