Position
Treasury Manager
Responsible for effective management of cash flow for the Company. Other responsibilities
include establishing and reviewing policies and procedures related to treasury, forecasting cash flow and reviewing it to ensure sufficient funds at all times, approving Payment Requests; preparing cash flow statements and reports, assisting in financing arrangements and ensuring covenant compliance, and training and moni-toring staffs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury management, 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role;
- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Economics or Business Administration;
- Analytical, detail-oriented and performance driven;
- Able to produce excellent results under pressure;
- With good oral and report-writing English and Khmer communication skills.
Responsible for recruitment, development and management of sales staffs to achieve target sales volume. He/she ensures maximum availability of the whole range of the Company's products (SIM cards, scratch cards and VAS) by developing external commercial networks, improving the quality of display and distribution and increasing the coverage of sales outlets in the territory.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in Sales Force Management, preferably in the telecoms or FMCG industries;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related subjects;
- Strong leadership, activation and management skills;
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Excellent English and Khmer communication;
- Strong performance and results orientation;
- Willing to travel to and work in provinces.
Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient tax reporting and advising. He/she formulates procedures for monitoring tax-related matters, reviews contracts to analyze applicable taxes, prepares and submits monthly and yearly corporate tax declarations for WHT and VAT to ensure that the Company fully complies with all tax requirements and possible risks are mitigated.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in taxation, preferably in telecoms;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Knowledge of and experience with IAS and local tax regulations;
- Strong performance and results orientation;
- Excellent English and Khmer communication skills.
