ProlepSys is a Consulting and Systems Integration (CSI) company who provide Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and services for e-Business and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) technologies.



Specializes in the areas of Steering, Management of Financial Performance and Operational Analysis, ProlepSys support his company partner in the design, implementation and development of their business intelligence system.
IT Support Analyst

The right team player will be responsible for:

  • Support and maintenance of network connectivity between core switches and desktop.
  • Maintenance of asset tracking and desktop inventory.
  • Desk-side and phone support for local, remote and traveling users.
  • Support and maintenance of mail filters, virus definitions, and policies.
  • Support and maintenance of MPLS, wide area networks.
  • Network support and system upgrades (both hardware and software).
  • Shared responsibility for all aspects of network security including: permissions, password rotation, data integrity, backups, and login activation/deactivation.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues.
  • System and application backup jobs and media.
  • Tracking projects and reporting status to appropriate management personnel.
Requirements:

A qualified individual will possess a minimum of 2-5 years IT supports experience with knowledge of:

  • Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory Administration
  • TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, and DHCP, Windows 2000/XP/7 desktop,
  • SQL server 2005/2008 support.
  • Network equipments (switches LAN/WAN technologies and wireless, …)
  • Backup Exec backup and recovery
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required
